I am ready for IR35.

Are you?

Contracting is a way of life for me.

And I want to maintain my life-style while also staying compliant with the latest regulations.

From April 2020, IR35 regulations are changing for the Private sector. Businesses will be required to determine the IR35 status for Contractors and will expect Contractors to operate like real businesses.

Contract35 supports Contractors in extending the capability of their Personal Services Companies by providing cost-effective business services, including the ability to find suitable substitutes and helpers, an important indicator of engagements that are outside IR35.

Contractors provide flexibility to my business.

And I want to ensure I maintain this flexibility without adding risks to my Company, while staying compliant with the latest regulations.

Businesses will be required to determine the IR35 status for Contractors from April 2020. Although, Contractors provide a valuable extension to the work force, not all Contractors operate like true businesses.

Contract35 maintains the flexibility offered by Contractors while safe-guarding the interests of businesses, including providing the confidence to accept suitable substitutes and helpers, an important indicator of engagements that are outside IR35.
